Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

One of our team's priorities is to process and ship your orders lightning fast. Once your order is in the processing queue, we can't make any modifications to its contents.

 

There's a slim opportunity to edit shipping details or cancel your order before it's shipped out. However, it's important to know that our shipping team kicks off their hard work bright and early to ensure your orders are on their way ASAP. Once an order has left our facility, it's out of our hands, and we can't intercept it or make any alterations to the delivery details.
