What part of the mushroom is used in your adaptogen products?

Our Organic Performance Mushrooms utilizes full spectrum mushrooms. Full spectrum includes the fruiting body, primordia, mycelium and biomass. Our organic mushrooms are cultivated in the USA on organic white milo (sorghum) which is naturally gluten free. These are harvested, air dried at controlled temperatures to help preserve temperature-sensitive constituents such as amino acids and extra-cellular compounds and then milled into a powder.

 

Our Superfood Creamers with Adaptogens, Hot Chocolate with Adaptogens, as well as our adaptogenic coffees utilize extracts of these same mushrooms instead of powdered mushrooms, to help avoid the earthy taste. They deliver a similar amount of phytonutrients as found in approximately 250 mg of each mushroom per (1) tablespoon.
