Returns and Refund Policy

At Laird Superfood we take pride in crafting high-quality products for our Ohana. We hope that you love all our items, however, we do understand that each of us are unique and that some products just may not be for you! We happily back our products with a world-class customer service team and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right through remedying your concern, by providing a product replacement or exchange of similar value, or offering a refund if we’re unable to help.

Eligibility: 

  • To provide the best experience we ask that you notify us via email or phone with your intent to return within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our team here.
  • To receive a refund, all returns must be approved by our Customer Experience Team with an authorized return number. 
  • Return shipping fees will be paid by the original purchaser. 
  • We are unable to refund or accept returns on any product(s) purchased anywhere other than www.lairdsuperfood.com. Proof of purchase or identifying details such as order number may be required. 
  • Additional shipping fees may not be refundable. 
  • Due to the speed of processing, we may be unable to cancel or amend  an order in any way once submitted. 

We reserve the right to refuse any refund/return if abuse is suspected. Any refund requests outside the scope of this policy will be handled at our team’s discretion. In no event will any remedy, replacement, or refund constitute an admission of any kind.
