ORDER PROCESSING
We are excited for you to receive your order! Most orders are processed within two business days; however, we ask that you allow additional processing time during peak times such as holidays. We do not fulfill Orders during weekends or federal holidays; please note that all shipping estimates during these times begin on the next business day.
ORDER TRACKING
We will email you the shipping and tracking information as soon as your order ships. Your order’s estimated shipping time should be displayed in this email, and you can use the tracking number provided to visit the carrier’s website and see live progress updates.
If, once in transit, you notice that your order is “pending” or has not been updated, please note that carriers may take up to 72 hours to update tracking. If your order has not been updated after 72 hours, please get in touch with our team, and we’d be happy to assist.

SHIPPING COSTS
Free shipping is available on orders over the advertised free shipping threshold within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. All of our Standard Shipping orders have an estimated delivery of 7-9 days from the time of order.
Get free shipping on all Daily Ritual Club (our subscription program!) orders over $35 with a United States shipping address. Club members also enjoy 20% off MSRP with their subscription orders, exclusive monthly sales events, early access to new product launches, and much more.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we do ship orders internationally; however, our company has encountered various issues with international order fulfillment. For these reasons, international orders are non-refundable, and Laird Superfood, Inc. will not cover the costs of any lost, misplaced, damaged, or stolen packages that ship outside of the USA.
Laird Superfood will not assume the responsibility of paying any additional customs fees that are incurred after payment is made on our website (https://lairdsuperfood.com). Any fees due at customs will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. This policy also covers the refusal or abandonment of packages at customs.
Our website is only intended for residents of the United States.
If you choose to place your international order directly through https://lairdsuperfood.com, you hereby consent to these stated terms.
SPECIFIC MAIL CARRIER REQUESTS
We ship the majority of our orders via USPS. If you have issues receiving mail from USPS, please email our team after placing your order. We can try to accommodate an alternate carrier request, but we cannot guarantee this due to our packing and fulfillment time.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Orders placed with the Expedited Shipping option selected at checkout will have guaranteed delivery within three days!* If your order doesn’t arrive within the guaranteed three days, please let us know via aloha@lairdsuperfood.com, and we’ll make it right.
*Expedited Shipping is available on one-time orders under 64oz only. Offered Sunday, 12 am PT through Thursday, 12 pm PT. This option may also not be available during sale periods or holidays.
CANCELLING OR MODIFYING AN ORDER
Once an order has been processed, the items in the order cannot be changed. Customers are responsible for confirming all details of their order, including the shipping address, before processing.
