- We are unable to refund or accept returns on any product(s) purchased more than 30 days from the date of request or from any location other than www.lairdsuperfood.com. Proof of purchase or identifying details such as order number may be required.
- Customers are responsible for confirming order details including shipping address before submitting their order.
- Please note that due to our team’s order processing speed, we may be unable to cancel or amend an order in any way once it has been submitted.
- Additional shipping fees and original shipping costs may not be refundable.
- If you'd like to return your order, any return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. All returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service team.
