Something seems different with my product, what do I do?

Quality is really important to us, and we value any feedback on your experience. If you have a potential quality issue with any of our products, please send us an email at aloha@lairdsuperfood. If possible, in that initial email our QA team will need the below information from you to investigate further:

  • A picture of the lot number as listed on the back of the package.
  • Any differences you notice with the packaging.
  • Description of the product and any change in taste or texture.
