Serving sizes

At Laird Superfood, our products are regulated based on average fill weight. We include an approximate household measurement on our labeling to assist in the serving portion of each product for customers, but weight by grams, as listed on the package, is still the best way to precisely measure the serving size for all of our products. This is best measured by using a kitchen scale. All gram measurements are based on the density of the product.

With all supplement products, we recommend following the serving size as a daily guideline. With other items, you can adjust the recipe size to your personal preference and dietary needs.

 

Below is a list of the serving and/or recipe size of our powdered products:

 

Creamers: Serving size 1 tsp (per FDA guidelines) 2g. | Recommended recipe: 2 tbsp (14g).

 

Instant Lattes: Serving and recipe size 1/3 cup (33g)

 

Coffees: Recommended recipe: 2 tbsp (10g) per 12 oz of water.

 

Hydrate Coconut Water: Serving size: 1 tbsp (12g)
