Navigate to https://lairdsuperfood.com/pages/rewards
Click "LOG IN"
Sign in to your account to access your account dashboard:
Click the "View Laird Superfood Rewards" button from the orders page to be taken to the Rewards page with your unique points balance and redemption options:
Scroll down or click Redeem Rewards- there are 4 options available at different increments depending on how many points you have available. The options available to you are indicated in blue:
Click whichever option you'd like to redeem and then select Yes to receive your code:
Click the copy icon indicated below to copy your code:
**Note: Reward codes are not automatically applied to upcoming subscription orders or to your cart. They need to be copied and pasted, as shown in the steps below.**
** Additionally, only one code (discount and or rewards) can be used at a time on any one-time or subscription order, and we do not allow rewards stacking.**
How to find previously redeemed codes:
Once a code is successfully redeemed, you will be emailed a copy of the code, which you are free to use at any time, as redeemed rewards codes do not have an expiration date. If you need to find a code you previously redeemed in your account, you can scroll to the top of your rewards page, and there is a button link that takes you to your rewards history:
How to apply your rewards code to your next subscription order:
To head to your subscription portal, click the Account icon in the top right corner:
Navigate to your subscription portal by clicking "Manage Subscriptions":
Navigate to "View Your Next Order". Scroll past the items included in your next order. Click "Add discount code" and then paste your discount code into the text field: Then click "Apply discount code":
If the code has been successfully applied, you'll see it applied here:
When applying your rewards code, if you encounter an error message such as "Discount Code Already Applied" or "Invalid Discount Code", please make sure that the full code is entered. Use the trash icon next to the code if it needs to be removed at any time. If there is still an issue, please reach out to support@lairdsuperfood.com so our team can investigate further.
How to apply your reward code to your one-time order:
When you've added all your items to your cart, paste your rewards code into the "Discount Code" text field:
Click "Apply":
If the code has been successfully applied, you'll see the desired amount deducted from your order total:
You'll also see it reflected in the order total when you click "Checkout":
After following the above steps, you should have successfully added your rewards code to your order!
