What do I do if my creamer has clumps?

ZenDesk_Images_Clumps_790x300.jpgOur Superfood Creamers are made with only real food ingredients, and we do not include any artificial binders or flow agents in our recipes. They are shelf stable throughout a large temperature range, but if they are exposed to  temperatures above 80° F, the coconut oils in the product may liquefy and then re-solidify when the temperature drops. This can cause the powder to clump, but have no fear! Simply massage the product in the bag prior to use—this will break the clumps up into a fine powder for easier measuring and mixing. The product is perfectly safe to consume, and there should be no effect on flavor or functionality.
